Need help noise

Default Need help noise
I was driving the jimmy today doing about 65 when i slowed down to stop at a stop light I her a strange noise in my engine compartment. I have added a video of the noise. I have a 1990 GMC Jimmy with 5.7l and 145,000 miles.
