Default 02 Blazer Button On Dash

I picked up decent used 02 Blazer 4 door and it has this button on the underside of the dash. When I turn it, the red light comes on, but nothing seems to happen. What is it for? Is this the tow/haul button?

Mystery Button 02 Blazer Bottom of the Dash Board.

It is an after market switch, so no telling what it is for other than tracing the wires to find where they go. Odds are that where ever they end up you will find nothing as most folks tend to remove after market doo-dads that they really like but leave the wiring behind.
