Default 1995 Blazer

Hi everyone....I hope this post will generate some good feedback and suggestions. My predicament is...my blazer has 260k on her and body is banged up...hood, side, and dent in bumper...interior good..no tears. no cracks in dash even for being in Florida. I have replaced a/c, starter..engine clean. Running rough lately after long trip back from NY. I haven't been driving it as I am using roommates car while away in Afghanistan. Its not legal...just sitting there while I determine what to do...My million dollar question is...do I put money in it...how do I know its worth it...I have had it for 11 years and was second owner. And then there is the gas consumption issue as it was my daily driver....what to do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
