how do i know why my front tires lean inwards and small clacking sound every now and then on right side when i turn.... im also trying to find a website that i can see the chilton for free

Upper control arm bushings. Get the front wheels off the ground, then try to move the top of the tire in and out. Watch the upper control arm bushing while doing this.

The clacking on turns is most likely a bad CV joint on one of the front half shafts. Check all 4 boots for grease oozing out, that would be the bad one
