Default 1st gen skid plates

I was at pick and pull today and found some 1st gen skids plates on a 2 door blazer and want to know if they'll bolt up directly to my 2000 2nd gen blazer? Its a 2 door as well... I'd also like to know if modification needs to be done what all that consists of. Thanks in advance!

This is not the right section for this question. I feel that I have read before of second gen skid plates going on first gens before. If that is true then it would be the same reverse. Hopefully someone will come in and say for sure

Well I didn't know what section to put it in and I tried looking around but I guess I don't know how to use the forums search option or something because I typed in 1st gen skid plates on 2nd gen and didn't come up with anything with concrete answers.

No problems brother on the section. A moderator of this section will move it. I hope someone will come in and say whether second will work on first and same for the other. But I feel I have seen it before.
