Default 2000 Blazer

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a source if it out there for a plastic gas tank which is what I have. The dealer cost is around 800.00 as I fell off my chair. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

TIA Eddie

4 door, as I understand it the 2 doors are steel and when I look up the part at any web site it only lists 2 doors as steel and doesn't even give the option of a 4 door.

Are you sure you don't have a plastic slid plate over the steel tank? I really don't know if they made them with plastic tanks or not! Mine is a 96 and has a steel tank and I paid $95 for it from a local parts store!

they don't make plastic tanks like rex said its just the skid plate. plastic would puncture to easily or smash if hit anything
