If you have no voltage at the input to the crank fuse with the ignition switch in the start position then check the voltage out of the Ign C fuse. If that 12v with a no crank condition then its either your ignition switch or the wiring between the two fuses. The way to prove if its the switch is to get under the dash and probe the relevant wires near the switch or at least back probe the block connector from the switch. Let me know if I can help.

I’m mistaking I was testing the fuel pump prim terminal in the fuse box it got .03 volts after it died and the battery voltage after 15min and fired right up again

 

Sounds to me like a bad electrical connection somewhere; either worn corroded wiring or something that was accidentally put on wrong or not at all. Most likely a loose or bad connection.

Since there's no check engine light then I'd start with electrical before replacing anything else.

I’m all ears to any ideas. I’m tried of this thing not running I just got confused on what I was testing I’ll try the cranking fuse in the next couple days for sure

 

No problem on my end, I have all the patience in the world and I don’t mind teaching you this stuff but it doesn’t work to have more than one person directing diagnosis because it just turns into a mess. We need to to discover the faulty circuit and then of course it can be a wiring problem but if you don’t know what circuit is broken looking for a wiring problem would take a month just searching through the entire truck. Blazer dog wants to work with you to fix your truck so I’ll let him do his thing but you guys need to find a faulty circuit first just saying that you’re going to look for a bad wire is not the way to go about it. If he comes up short I’ll be glad to come back and help you fix your truck, this is not that hard. Electrical is my thing and if you have the patience and persistence to work with me we can get it fixed. In the meantime let’s see what Blazer dogs got. The forum can always use new blood that are good problem solver to help the members to come here for assistance

Of course check the fuses first to narrow down wtf is wrong. I personally dig around and examine connections and wiring to see if there's anything out of the ordinary.

 

OK a week is long enough, let me know what you find at the crank fuse during a no crank episode and we can finish chasing down your no crank problem.
