How about this instead... You push that little button that say's 4hi there on the dash, and challenge him through a wet field.

Too bad he wouldn't make it across the grass to get into the muddy field haha.

hmm idk it would be close. Blazers are deceivingly quick. i destroyed a jeep wrangler in a race once, that about it. my friend has beat a couple civics with his stock Blazer lol. Then he just recently tried to race a NEW GTO (with the LS1). Yeah...

Eh, the slowcus... Not even competition. I could beat it in the blaze or the tibby tbh. But I wouldn't dare race the blazer, I probably wouldn't race at all. One wrong move in the blazer and you're flipping the dang thing. Too risky. Unless an suv or truck is majorly lowered, it is too much of a risk. Just my .02. But this is what happens when people race. It happens all too much. Seen a lot of lives lost. Not worth it.

I think the blazer may take it. The 4.3 has better torque, plus the 4L60E 1st gear is pretty nice. If you only go to 50-60 I think you've got it. If the focus has a better diff. ratio (4.10) he may take it, I'm not 100%certain either way.

Heck, an empty dump truck could beat half those old Civics with fart can and ground lighting mods.

I used to enjoy the hellouta just staying beside those guys in my v6 Tbird, loaded with 500 lbs tools as they stormed through the gears

I prefer you take it to a real drag strip... Most of your local Strips will have Amateur days or whatever. Just tell them you want a "rival race" or something like that.

Street racing is not legal nor do we want to hear about it on this forum.
