looks like the plug that goes on top of your heater core box, controls the motor for the vents.

Thanks for answering before I went any further, gonna have to back the dash off least I didn't go and button it up...

Does anybody know where this goes or what it plugs into? Perfect example of why you should label everything

Ya problem is I shelved the project for over two months after starting it and its not quite coming back to me, appreciate any help

In addition to my previous question, I came across another connector with no apparent home? Thoughts??

So I dont know what those connectors do but they're not connected, dash is all buttoned up and everything seems to be working fine, if anyone has any info at some point please chime in, thanks for your help earlier on too....

If everything works, and those are left, could be an option that you do not have, but the wiring is there?

Ya I dont really remember unused connectors when I disassembled it all, know of anyone currently doing a core change? Maybe they could help, those connectors look pretty important to not be used.... I do have an aftermarket stereo that the truck came with, wonder if the one near the stereo was for the stock unit?
