Was the TCCM new or used?

What were the original symptoms?

Did the old TCCM click at all? A lot?
Did the 4wd button panel seem to work as expected? e.g., the indicator lights changing as expected?
Did all appear fine but you only the rear wheels had power?

Dang, that sounds weird. I don't know what else to suggest except to get an OBD reader on it to see if there are any clues with any thrown codes.

BTW, is it a 4-button or 3-button transfer case? Did you get the correct TCCM for the type you have?

it's a 3 button and I got correct one and I bought a $300 video reader and no codes
