Default 2003 exterior door handles

hi guys. new poster to forums but i've browsed quite a bit before.

i'm just curious, being that the 03 Blazers are so easy to break into (twice now for me where they've poked a hole beneath the door handles and broken in), are there any replacement aftermarket exterior door handles that can prevent that sort of thing from happening?

thanks!

scotty

I am not aware of any replacement aftermarket door handles that are any stronger than stock.

To be honest, there really is nothing you can do short of an alarm, but even that is not fool proof. I can open a door in under 30 seconds with a nifty little can opener type tool I have in my fire gear. Less if I was not worried about getting glass on occupants. Point is, if someone wants in, they can get in regardless of what the handle is made out of.
