Default 2005 blazer cylender 1 misfire

Hello all i have a 2005 zr2 blazer which is the first year they upgraded the fuel spider from the crapy poppet style i have replaced cap rotor wires plugs distributor test was fine so mainly was curious if anybody had the same misfire in cylender 1 and its not intermittent its conttant. Cylender 1 has spark so do i gotta replace the fuel spider? Im aware of how the upgraded fuel spider works but just wanna be sure before i start changing more parts some test ideas would be cool. I also scanned the truck and it showed the cylender 1 misfire. could it be cause i did and o2 sensor delete? Mind you was not missing after the o2 delete was done ive rulled this problem out to the #1 injector or the modual itself delivering the fuel to the injector. Coil tested fine aswell thanks.

So you are getting a code of P0301 ? Don't assume that the spark plug on no. 1 isn't a problem just because it is new. It could have been defective from the manufacturer. It could have been damaged during installation. I would definitely check that spark plug and that spark plug wire BEFORE replacing the IM gasket.
I thought that the first year for the upgraded fuel injection spider was 2003, not 2005. The 2005 model year was the last year for the S10 Blazer. You didn't mention it, so I have to ask: were the cap, rotor, s/p wires, spark plugs all AC Delco brand? Blazers are partial to AC Delco or Delphi ignition products. While they are more expensive, they have much better quality control and durability.

all ac delco parts installed. as i mentioned above cylender 1 has spark i know to check new plugs. (also ac delco). I know for a fact theres no fuel getting to cylender 1 with no leak in the upper intake. The 2005 is classified as a s15.
