Nice pics, unfortunately I have to put anything on hold, the new engine I put in the truck is acting funny, was holding oil pressure for the first 15 miles then suddenly dropped to 0lbs. Now I have to diagnose to see whats up...If only I could get an engine that runs..lol

You think the engine is dead if it idles at 0 lbs of oil pressure or could it be revived?

Depends on how long it's run with no oil pressure.

Probably. Many like to try to change the oil pump or crankshaft bearings from underneath as a fix but on an S10 blazer it's no easy task. Plus, if it's the camshaft bearings that are bad you would have done all that work for nothing.

1st thing would be to make sure the oil pressure gauge is reading properly. Is there a knock or tick? How's the oil look?
