Default '99 Blazer won't start when it's cold outside

My blazer starts and runs fine when it's warmer weather. If it gets below around 40 or so. I doesn't want to start. It might start for a second then die immediately. It's below freezing today and I can't get it started. I can hear the fuel pump priming but it acts like it's not getting fuel. Like I said, it starts fine when it's not freezing outside. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try a fuel pressure test when it's cold out?
