The money is worth it, unless you want to replace the pump again in a few months.. if you like changing pumps a lot, send it all back and get the airtex or wells, but I wouldent.

I wonder if the Delphi fuel pumps are also made in China? I hate this new policy of GM. I know that GM and other America manuf. are under intense pressure to compete with overseas manuf. Even though they say the off shore manuf. are held to high standards , the products aren't up to the same standards as the good, old Made in USA parts.

i did some looking around and appearently this is
becoming more common with many different delco parts.
at first i thought they were counterfit knockoffs
i guess not..
its sad that the manufacturing is done overseas now...
i hope this china garbage works..

It will work better than the other ones cheap ones, delphi and delco are the only way to go for pumps in these things, they eat other pumps for breakfast

Woo hoo, I get to necrothread! I found new AC DELCO gas springs for the back lid on my '91 S-15 Jimmy, which came promptly with 'Made in China' proudly stamped upon them. WTH? I asked but I put them on anyway. Then came here researching the matter and found this thread. 'Tis a sad way, this world today.
