Hey, I have been wanting to change the look of my jimmy for a while now. I was thinking about painting the rims black and the chrome pieces on the front and possibly removing the silver trim along the sides. I want to go for a all black look but not sure on how it will look. What are your opinions on this?

There is a pic of the chrome on the front and trim on the sides.

On the plastic side trim there are plastic clips under it, will those clips make a hole in the side if you take them off or are they just glued on?

The only clips are on the bumper, the rest is double sided tape

What are these plastic things then? And do they just come off?
