Default ADVISE NEEDED! S-10 truck purchase...

I have talked to this man who is selling this truck and confirms it is a 2005 motor in a 99 body..is this possible? I asked him if the ECU was swapped and he didn't know..
If it is then what's wrong in this pic(truck)

The VIN from white paper confirms its from a VIN: 1GTFG15X951170196 2005 GMC Savana Cargo Van 1500 135" WB RWD.
The VIN from the yellow paper confirms its from a VIN: 1GCCS19X2X8158770 1999 Chevrolet S-10 Ext Cab 123" WB LS which could be the VIN for the truck.

This is what the CL ad states:1999 Chevrolet s10 automatic , ac/heater, am/fm power locks/power windows, runs and drive, current emission ,210k miles ,engine replaced 150k miles $2200

Before I buy it, what am I looking for to NOT make me buy it...
Thank you for any input!,
Tony

The seller's ad incorrectly states that it has heat. I'm guessing that the heater core was disconnected due to a leak. Removing the dash to replace it is not a fun job. Good thing is, it's more labor than money and it gives a good reason to negotiate a better price. The only real concern would be the transmission. Look at and smell the fluid and make sure it shifts properly on the test drive.
