Who said anything about Japanese cars vs. American cars? I'm talking about wipers. These wipers have "Made in Florida" right there on the box. The plastic ones that I saw had"Made in Tokyo" on them.[:'(] These are NOT Japanese!!!

And... not they don't add horsepower. Since when did windsheild wipers add horsepower? They wipe windshields .

I like them, but its not like it was a big mod.... I mean, I would have been just as happy with a $20 set of Rain-x Blades. Just wanted to match everything up. They don't stand out much at all. You can't tell they are carbon fiber until you are about 4 feet away.

I said its jdm as a joke. you came back saying if it were japanese it would be plastic. Then the truth came out that japanese cars have less plastic then american cars.

sweet.Do they add 5hp?
You're thinking of the carbon fiber spray nozzles on the hood. With those + the wipers it shaves a complete second off the quarter mile.

Sorry man. I thought youwerevilifyingme. Its all good bro.

Can the same be said about Blazers? Everything but the grille, buper cover, and quarter panels on the outside is metal....

Anyway... the wipers themselves are really good. I got some use out of them last night when the thunderstorms came through. I realized my wiper arm was loose too... it kinda flopped over onto the side mirror. I stopped and set it strait and when I got home, I took a wrench to it.

Mine are japanese imported and they are aluminum. They have that fancy wing on them to. It has writing on them, but I forgot what they say and I don't feel like going out in the cold to check either lol.

I got those new bosch Icon wiper blades. They do a pretty darn good job. They integrate well as a winter and summer time blade. They have a little lip on them so they don't loose pressure when traveling at highway speeds. They also wipe the rain and snow off very well.
