The 2nd gens are the biggest difference I believe. The chevy hoods have a "peak" in the middle of the hood where as the GMC's have two "valleys" in the hood that line up with the headlight symmetry. I personally like the GMC hoods much better but I don't think there is anything wrong with the Chevy hoods. You can see pics of both on my truck in my build thread.

interesting I did know mine has the humps not the peak.

Photos?? too lazy to find them haha! i thought it was the other way around, not sure why.

Not necessarily at the junk yard but the throttle blade mod is a good one, and is also free.

Chelsea says im pretty.

I like the gmc hood myself.

this weekend the yard is 50% off,im getting everything from belstein shocks (oem for some blazers) and a TON of stuff. Including a newer gen sway bar,if i do il make sure to do a write up.

I thought of a couple things I want if you can find them, will ask on gewgle.
