Default Has anyone seen this sort of ignition housing before? (Update)

I have a 1999 RHD Chevy Blazer and the tumblers have either bent or dropped.

I’m trying to locate another housing and cylinder as the key won’t turn so I therefore can’t remove the cylinder.

The problem is that no in the UK has seen this kind of housing before.

Can anyone else help?

If you cant get the cylinder out, you might have to go to a yard and get a cylinder with a key. if you have a chip in the key your stuck with going to the dealership to have everything programmed and flashed.

Living in the UK I don't have any junkyards that have Chevy Blazers in them, plus we also don't have and dealers that sell Chevy USA parts. Everything has to be purchased over the net.

The problem I have is that I can't seem to find a part number for the housing.

Just as an update, I located a new ignition housing (GM21019703) £173.75 and cylinder £89.90 and its now all fitted. I reprogrammed the passlock system and the Blazer lives again.

No it wasn't cheap, but needs must when you live in the UK as we don't have breakers yards that hold Blazers plus they are RHD.
