Blazer wreck
Visited the Chevy guys today & they had just taken delivery of a wrecked Blazer. Apparently from an "on road" argument involving drugs (P). Inside is littered with syringes. The guy is normally a house decorator (painter). Funny thing is the airbags did not go off but as you can see it travelled a long way on it's roof on the freeway. So much so that the "A" pillar, roof & bonnet are worn right through in places! Shoulda taken more pics but was already being cheeky taking the few that I did.

oo dam that looks bad

I didn't see any evidence of blood but, it looks as if the passenger hit the windscreen.

Having seen MANY roll over accidents, that truck held up VERY well.

I thought so too but it had run (or was pushed) off the carriagway, flipped onto the roof & carried on in the other lanes. If it had flipped & bounced or tumbled there'd have been a different outcome for sure!

I've seen a lot of wrecks in my day, but that is one of the most impressive one's I've seen yet! Sure, there's the one where you can't even recongize the car, but those are kinda boring to me since at that point, you're just looking at a twisted heap of metal. This one here is art! lol!

Apparently there are a thousand or so Blazers here now. No more are being brought in 'cause they can't sell them. Nobody wants gas guzzlers!
So, if the guys keep treating them like that I might end up with the only one.
Currently there's only about 50 (although the last time I checked that figure included some older trucks, a Tahoe & a few Silverado's) on TradeMe for sale in New Zealand (both islands) some private sales & others are dealers still trying to shift old stock.
