Question broken seat

The leaver on my passengerside seat to adjust back broke is it repairable or have to relace whole seat the shaft that the leaver screws onto it what is broke please let me know thankyou and what you guys think of the hid kits for the stock headlights

Mine broke too. Since it is cheap pot metal I assumed there was no way to fix it. I managed to fit a new handle to the stub that works but I try not to adjust the seat too often.

My drivers seat makes some interesting noises too. Something is broken somewhere but I can't seem to locate it. If the seats become too much of a pain I will yank them and put some aftermarket ones in there.

If the metal stub isn't long enough you can't really fix it. They make repair handles for it. Mine is broke, along with many members on here.

I just bought a cheap vise-grips and put it on there for a handle.

That's exactly what I did on my broken driver side handle. On a nicer car, it wouldn't look good, but on my ratty blazer, it fits right in, LOL

You will need to replace the full part, we used to replace them all the time at the dealership I work for.
