Default brushguard help!

i just got my brush guard and im not exactly sure where to bolt it up to

heres the pics, and where i thought it might go.

I think youve got it in the right spot..but you probably will need new hardware (longer bolts) to mount it. If you hold it up to the truck, do the holes line up?

they come pretty close, but as you can see, theres a plastic like tray and i dont know what its for.

Looks like a small skid plate.

Can you get a wider range picture? I cant really tell whats going on under there cause it's so close

It's a skid plate. I think it's there to cover the AIR pump.


edit. How did a pine needle get back there?

It looks about right. Stupid question, but is that Brush guard built for the Blazer/S10?

yeah, it fits right up. and it looks like the mounts on the guard would bolt to that spot.
