Default Buyer's Beware Parts: Oil Cooler Lines (Sunsong; Rockauto.com)

Annoucing a buyer's beware for this product: Sunsong Oil Cooler Lines from Rockauto.com. The lines do not fit 2002, 2-Door, 4WD Blazers.

Original line out of the vehicle. Take note of the second bend coming from the filter block.

Sunslong lines out of the vehicle. See how one of the lines on the second bend isn't bent the sam way the original is.

Sunsong lines in the vehicle. Lines are hitting the top of the filter block and I don't have enough clearance to secure the ports.

Original lines in the vehicle.

See where the Sunsong lines are hitting? I don't have enough slack to pull the line port closed.

Original lines secure with the bolt showing that is still about 1/2 inch of clearance left.

Don't buy this product.

Thanks for the heads up!

Best option is to bring the old lines into a place that does hydraulic lines. Won't have to worry about the lines leaking at the crimp ever again. Not to say over time that you will never develop a leak ever again.
