It is part of the air intake. I'll give it a bit more to see if anyone else can name it specifically and then post the answer and another challenge.

It's actual name is intake silencer. It is also acceptable to call it the intake resonator. It is a form of a helmholtz resonator that filters out unwanted sound frequencies from the intake.

Next challenge - What is the clip holding in?

Since no one has picked up on it yet, you shouldn't be able to see the push rod protruding through the rocker arm! The rocker is busted at the push rod seat.
Yup, that's what I was after... a pushrod should not be seen on the top of a rocker lol

transmission spring, the springs that get changed for shifts - shift spring... what color is the spring? Different color = different firmness in shifts.
The C clip is holding the spring retainer.
