All I know is that mine's from Puerto Rico, then it made it's way to Naples, Fl, then to Orlando when I bought it!
I was also told it was broken into, but I have a feeling it was actually in an accident.

they've been doing that on Ontario ownerships for years now.

started doing it to prevent people from buying a wreck and not knowing it. it also ensures that no stolen parts are used in the rebuild (must have a receipt for every single piece replaced on the car before they'll reinstate the ownership).

maybe it was in an accident. after it was broken into, stolen, then crashed.

kinda takes the shine off a new toy, doesn't it? would've been different if it was disclosed (IMO).

Seriously, what sort of conversion is required? Canada to US? And vice versa?

^^^ probably some of the lesser known DOT ****.

like for awhile, US imported vehicles were supposed to have DRL's installed/hooked up, before being able to pass any local safety inspections.

like that ever happened!
