She got me a Cobra 19 Ultra III. I'm looking forward to getting it all set up. I told my grandfather (who was a truck driver from the 70s to the 90s) about my CB and he took me back into the dark corners of his garage and pulled out a brand new CB antenna and gave it to me. It was manufactured in 1972, and its even the same color as my blazer, imagine that. I ordered some antenna cable and a firestik mount off of amazon late last night. I figure I should have everything set up next week sometime.

Nothing for the Blazer... Its not getting anything for a while at least not until I get it running again this summer.

For the fullsize trucks we got new HID foglamps. 3500k for the Illverado, and 10,000k for the Yukon. They look awesome on both trucks.

I asked for a new CB for my work truck (Has 300ft range its an old old old Audiovox) but got a Keurig coffee maker instead. Guess I have to buy myself a new radio, will probably step into the 21st century and get a VHF radio instead, tehy have a range of up to 40 miles.

Mine got a 6.1" Alpine touchscreen DVD with bluetooth, usb input, and every other function imaginable. The place I bought the deck wanted $100 for the harness, $30 for the antenna adapter and $150 to install but I found the parts at another place for $10 bucks each and had no issues doing it myself.

Sheeit, it has been Christmas for the Blazer since I bought the thing!!

But more recently I got all new brakes for her - front semi-loaded calipers/pads/rotors and rear wheel cylinders/drums/shoes/hardware and brake hoses all around.
