Default Cleaning my engine bay

My engine bay is pretty dirty, so i think its time i clean it.

Prettu much going to cover some vital parts, and spray it down with an all purpose degreaser or cleaner, and hose it on down.

I'll have some before and after pics for you guys.

I'll be doing this in the spring...

Make sure to cover your alternator... I usually just use a plastic shopping bag.

But nice job, the computer looks real clean after that, too.

grab some Easy-Off oven cleaner instead. it works great (even better IMO) & costs less than those degreasers you can by.

besides that, you can get a nice varity of scents.

and it'll look like it should be on a used car lot.

besides, that stuff really isn't the greatest thing for a DD, it tends to attract all the dust/dirt that gets sucked up into your engine bay.

can you imagine the mess while playing in the dirt while off-roading?
