clicking tccm

replaced tccm and it is still clicking. 4H light is still on. will not go into any gear
read post about encoder brake and don't know if that is the problem or where it is located

What year and model is the vehicle?
Automatic or manual transmission?
3 or 4 buttons on the dash switch?
Are the lights in the switch blinking?

Replaced the tccm with what?

The new updated one or one from the wreckers.

it's a 2004 blazer automatic
3 buttons on the dash
4HI blinking before and after we replaced it with a new tccm
Sorry I didn't send enough info first time I have asked for help on forum
