Default cluster and clutch

hey all newbie to the forum...I am intrested in buying a 1983 s10 blazer but it has two problems, 1st the cluster is apart for the tach and, 2nd the linkage and cable for the clutch are apart. I was wondering if anybody knew how much these would cost to fix and what kind of shop would be able to fix the cluster problem..Thanks.

Well the first place to call is probably GM. They tend to be pretty expensive though, at least here it is. Couldn't give you a cost, but I'd call GM and then call local repair shops that'll work on GM vehicles, they tend to be cheaper.
