Coolest Things You've Found With Your Blazer?
I actually didn't find this, my buddy did, but I did help get it running with my Blazer.
On the construction site we found an abandoned 89 Jeep YJ. The starter had been removed/broken so it wouldn't start. I 4LO'd it up a steep topsoil pile with the Jeep in tow (barely felt it ) We got it kickstarted rolling down the hill, and now its his site vehicle.
Stuck in the mud at night. Had to pull it out with a backhoe lol

I don't think I would assume a vehicle was abandoned just because I found it. Hope you checked with your DMV to make sure it wasn't stolen.

My buddy called the police and they said it wasn't stolen or registered, and that unless claimed within a week, it was his. The starter had failed, which would make sense as to why it was ditched. Why spend hundreds on a 23 year old vehicle with 288k on it? It would be easier to abandon it.

Hundreds on a 23 year old vehicle that runs & you can use as a dedicated off road vehicle? Hell yeah!
As for the DMV - that's the 1st thing I thought of. I thought it would be stolen, bombed around in & left after the fun was over.

why not spend hundreds on a 23 year old vehicle, even with 288k miles, if it runs well..

why do i keep a 1987 blazer that has rolled the mileage over almost 2 times now

I kinda meant to say thousands now that I think about it.
