Default UPDATE- it lives!!!!!!

Update: installed new fuel pump, dumped the fuel in the tank and added fresh fuel- new fuel filter- and she runs and drives in forward and reverse😁. Definitely needs a full tuneup and a battery, but the trans seems to shift ok. Haven't taken up to highway speed yet- but I am so glad I was able to rescue this one. Really thinking of keeping it- not entirely sure yet.
Was checking out the upcoming auction at the tow yard last week and saw this one being listed as non-running. The non runners are typically bought by junk yards for parts. I really don't need another project- or running car for that matter, but I just couldn't watch one this clean be sold to someone knowing it was going to be stripped and picked apart- so I bid high on it (sealed bids). I had no clue what repairs it would need- but with 127k miles and this clean- I figured what the hell. Turns out it needs a fuel pump- not sure if I will find anything else once that is fixed.

I bought it with the thought if fixing and selling it. But it is so clean I really don't know which way I am going to go. I will probably keep it for a month or two just because titles take a while here due to Covid. I really don't need it, but it is just so nice. I toyed with selling my Blazer and keeping it, but as nice as this is, I won't want to be taking it too far off road. You can tell it was garage kept and we'll cared for.
