Default Dex cool radiator cap

The guy I bought my jimmy from maintained it well except for more wear and tear things.He put in a new piece of poop dex COOL RADIATOR and I want to remove the cap but it doesn't wanna come off or turn.It will a little SO HOW DO I TAKE IT OFF?DOESNT WORK LIKE THE OTHERS AND LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE 2 PIECES UNDER IT FOR SOME REASON.Can you help me on this?THANKS MARK

Yes I know to turn it to the left but even when I.press down on it it wint turn anymore and afraid busting the neck..Its a dex cool radiator cap and looks like there are two little plastic things on the bottom in the frint and back.

Is that a Dew on the rad support? I heard that works wonders in all sorts of situations

Yeah this.is my 3rd s10 well this one a jimmy.My first one.was a 1990 and I pounded alot of money into it.Easy to work on.Anyhow I like my blazers so this one I am replacing the normal wearing parts so working on the rear end next.New sway bar links,shackles,and a bracket on the leaf spring if I can just do that.Hope I can get away without buying new.leaf springs so hopefully I will be.ol.or can't I replace the side brackets ??Anyhow do you have a s 10?
