Default Door hinge pin bushings

GM really screwed us over by welding them to the body. I changed mine day before yesterday with the help of a jig I made and the spring tool on Amazon. The door shuts sweet now.

Yea that really sucks gm welded them on.My driver door hinge on the door side has a little play in it.Unfortunattly the upper driver door hinge doesn`t have bushings in them, only the body side has bushing`s in them.My mechanic told me I can put new bushings on both cab a driver door hinge pins.I see they have the type you can screw them in place instead of welding. How long did it take you to replace the hinge.what side and type body door?
