Default Door pins?

A friend of mine was telling me about the door pins going bad. I took some pictures of mine and maybe you can tell me if they look normal.

here is the quick way to tell if your door pins are going bad. open your door all the way. then roll down your window. put both hands at the top of the door (where window goes into the top, and lift. if your door moves up and down, you need new pins (actually, it is the bushings that go bad.

He hit that one right on the head of the nail. Although when mine went bad(when I bought it) I could tell that when I open the door, it would fall down a little.
