Default Former Blazer owner looking at another

Well, I first registered here last winter when I still had my 96, but had to get rid of it to get my grandfathers C89 1500. Now that I have some money I am looking for another. Currently I'm looking at a 98 4x4 4.3L Vortec.

The Good:
BFG A/T's re treads 70%
Power everything works
Black
molded running boards (will be for sale if I get it)
only 185k

The bad:
Passenger mirror missing
Drivers side window doesn't work
Needs new brakes soon
Needs fuel filter

$1000

Opinions?

Seems like a bunch of semi easy fixes...but if you get it...Good god, those running boards must go!

If I get it they'll probably stay on till it gets warmer out at least. I'm no ***** but I don't enjoy wrenching in 20* weather either!

I don't think I've ever seen a lifted truck with that molding on there. Wonder what it would look like... Hmmm....
