Have you looked at Rock Auto on line. They have AC Delco and Moog bushings for the shackles and leaf springs.

Went back to a diffrent GM dealer he said discontinued too. He dug a little deeper and used a number to get a number long story short he can get me a stock rubber unit in 5 to 6 buisness days. So I'm glad for that! Sure wish I could havegot it in urethane. So the fronts on stands also. Take it apart while I wait for those GM bushings. Lol. Ive just graduated to a smart phone, no computer yet. :-D

Thanks Jason. Actually use my phone on the energy site. On pg. 58 the part number is same 81 to 94 as 94to 04 ordered kit , took it back end of last week. Off to work on front end. I will look at the energy site more this evening

Ok, wrong page ;P There is a foot note on there for 2 different part numbers. 3.3129 3.3142 for the larger 2 1/2" main eye O.D.

Jason thanks so much!!! I sure do appreciate your help. This project has become a bit of a challenge. My new issue this morn is gonna be freeing the torsion bar from the load level key. Bar is unloaded and free of lower control arm. WD-40 the heck out of it. Challenge to somehow hammer it free,specially with it all tucked into the cross member. Argh.
Still, it's great to work on the old girl. Darn thing is driving me insane while keeping me sane and busy !!! Lol. Again wish I could show you my appreciation with more than this text!! "THANK YOU". I really have to get a computer and join the rest of the world!

doh, I should read everything before putting in links. I did not see that you had already posted energy.

I've battled torsion bar removal twice now, and lost every time. Had to remove the whole works and use a torch and sledge hammer to get it all free. If you are doing a lift, you can resort to cutting the keys with a cutoff. Then split it open with a punch and that should work. If you are trying to keep the keys, good luck!

Went to a wrecker out of town picked up some T-bars and keys off a ZR unit. So gonna cut through the old ones at the key. My T-bars were 1053lbs torque. The ones I picked up are just over 1800 lbs of nominal torque. Much thicker bars.
