Default Fuel Pump Help

I was looking to buy a new Fuel Pump and Sending Unit off ebay. Can anyone give me guidance on the brand to look for? The prices vary so much that I am not sure which one is better quality.

Thank you.

Denso... AC Delco.... and Delphi are number 1. Any 1 of those 3.

Then ok would be Airtex or Bosch....and anything else is pure junk. In my vehicles, I would only stick with either of the first 3. Good luck

Spend a little more for the OEM Delco part. Remember, if a cheapie fails you have to drop the tank again to change it... not worth the headache to save a few dollars.

I will have to pay someone to do it. I am not the best car guy. I just wanted to see if I could save some on the cost by getting it myself. Thank you all for your help.

Airtex and Bosch are terrible pumps, and these trucks eat them like candy.

Get Delco or Delphi for these, trust me. Unless you want to drop the tank again in a couple months.

I've had customers who have used Airtex and they've lasted a while -not recommending

I did list brands in order of quality -but some ppl want cheap...saying "I just need it to run another yr, month, day...etc"

Just clarifying and not trying to be rude.

These customers that used Airtex or Bosch, I am guessing that they were not a blazer/jimmy/bravada. Because if you can get one of those pumps to last longer than 5-6 months, you are a Minority.
