Default Full Size Spare Price

Hey all,

Sorry if this is in the wrong forums but I have a quick question. I have a full size spare for my blazer (Michelin XM4 never been used) and am wondering if I needed to sell it what a decent price to bring.

I was thinking around 200$ as the tire itself is $150 and Im trying to be fair with rim pricing.

Any thoughts? THanks all.

Trying to sell a single tire and rim will seldom, if ever, come close to recouping the money you spent on them. Hate to say it but think less than half of what you are asking and you might find a buyer.

Yeah, friend of mine got a spare tire for his ford exploder and it was $50 with a brand new tire and a rim.

If it's the original spare, you have to factor in age as well. $50 would be the most I would pay for a 9+ year old tire.

I wouldnt pay anything for a 9 year old tire. The rubber degrades over time, even if you never drove on it, they last about 5 years.
