my digital odm and PRND321 went out and i was told i need a new instrument panel. Does anyone know where to get them?

Here is the guy on e-bay. I know what the years say on this link but he does a bunch of other stuff too. His company is called Digital Dash Solutions. Tell him what you need. Really nice guy and he does what he says. As far as your second question he would be the one to ask. Doubt it though. His name is Carl.

dude they only go up to the 94's i have the needles and rpm gauge. I just meant
the digital part went out, I have emmission's coming up and they wont pass me with that's not lighting up

a 98 or 99 model year will fit just fine. Junkyard is your best/ cheapest solution.

Just trying to help you out. If you read the whole thing the guy does a bunch of other stuff too. He has a whole other website. You just have to follow the link.
For what you want a junkyard my be your best bet though.
