Default The good and bad

The good was I got my original 40 flowmaster in a couple weeks ago and everything is good sounds great. I also redid all my dash lights and I can see how fast im going now!! and yesturday I was checking my brakes and putting some anti-squeek on and when I was done I decided to go around the corner. I didnt make it out of my driveway my brakes felt spongy so I pushed my brake to the floor and I hear a pop and my brake light comes on. My brake line decided to rust through and explode so now im a sitting duck. I have the new brake lines just need to bend them in place and get some connecters which nobody has!!!

Hopefully today is a better day.

Atleast it happened right at your driveway and not traveling down the interstate!

what connectors are you looking for ? did you buy the lines that already have the nut on each end?

I hate double flaring those stupid lines. I'm sure it's ok if you want to spend a lot of moneiz on a good flare tool.

I got the today pepboys had them. The lines have the male connectors I was looking for the female connector on both sides to connect the two males.

I got the lines together and I have brakes

So now I face another problem im not sure if you 2nd gen guys have them but the rear view mirror has two lights in them the festoon type bulbs and I replaced them today with LED bulbs the problem is that when the key is forward they always stay on. Only when the key is turned off they will turn off and they dont come on in the ACC mode.
