Default This is goodbye.

... well sorta lol.

Tuesday the Blazer is gone and I`m adopting a 2006 GMC Sierra SLE with 31,050 km`s. Regular Cab, ShortBox, Z71Offroad, 5.3L with K&N FIPK and Magnaflow Catback. It`s black and sexy lol. I`ll post some pics when I pick her up.

A/C, pwr Locks, Windows, Mirrors, dual zone climate control, Mirror with compass, and auto dim... 40/20/40 split bench with push button 4wd (and Auto 4WD)

Essentially it`s loaded! And immaculate, I really couldn`t pass it up, I`ve been driving the Blazer with the ''If I find the right truck, this one`s gone'' attitude... it`s been 4 years waiting for that truck, and she came calling. GM optimum used vehicle as well.

I`ll try and stick around, but you`ll probably find me more on GMTF and fullsize forums... whether or not the members there will be like over here, that depends lmao.

So basically thanks for the good times and all the help...

You'll come crawlin' back!!

That really sucks to hear! (about you leaving the Blazer, truck sounds awesome). I can understand where your coming from though. I still have the attitude that I'm driving the perfect vehicle for me and wouldn't trade the world for it.

I really hope you stick around!! You're one of the most knowledgeable on the site, and I appreciate your contributions! I still have your youtube video of the dash favorited for future use.

Whoever buys your Blazer is going to get a real clean truck. Looked to me like you took real good care of it. Can't wait to see the new truck too. It sounds like the real deal!

If you do leave we'll miss you, but I understand the situation. New vehicles have a way of taking your attention.
Buena Suerte.

Sorry to hear you're moving on Pat. At least you've got a good deal there.

You'll be OK on GMTF (They're now called Chevy Truck HQ). - great bunch over there. I did not sign up since they're more into full size trucks.

Sounds like a pretty nice truck. I was original planning on doing the same thing. Driving the blazer till I found a truck. In the meantime I ended up putting way to much into the blazer and dont want to get ride of it. So now im saving up to buy a truck too as long as I dont spend more on the blazer. Which is likely to happen.

Good luck to ya.

Go on then GIT! We don't want you here!!!

Really though it's never the same when someone leaves. I hear ya on the purchase. After all were all just fullsize wannabes... But I couldn't sell my blazer, it stands out too much and learned my lesson with the BMW. I thought I wanted to sell it for a truck and wish I would have kept it and just had both vehicles. But hope it works out and enjoy it.

At least you didn't buy a Ford... LOL. Try not to talk too much trash about the dwarf chevy club known as Blazerforum when your over there with your V8's and sexiness. ha ha

the right amount of monetary persuasion would get me out of my truck too, every vehicle I have owned was bought and sold on thinking like that. that is probably the biggest reason why I have yet to own a "normal" automobile of some sort.

In fact when im out and about throughout the day I see cars/trucks and wonder what I could do to them lol.

whats happening with your blazer? sold trade?

Traded the Blazer and got this: I plan on replacing the chrome bug deflector... I was never a fan of those.

And yes... it was snowing on May 8th... I wanna get a picture of the two trucks next to each other lol, for commemerative reasons.

Nice truck though. Chrome mirror covers?
