goodyear wranglers
The "Wrangler" line has several different models, some good, some not so good...
I wouldn't buy RTSs... everything I've heard says RTS stands for Right To Sh**.
GSAs? = Got Stuck Again.
The Wrangler Duratrak has gotten very good reviews so far.
Check out the Tire Rack for good reviews of different tires. They've got a pretty cool rating system to steer you to the right tire to fit your needs, ie which is better in mud, which does better in snow, etc.

I have these on my Blazer, they are very quiet on the highway. I haven't done a super amount of off-roading with them yet. But the small amount I have done they have done a good job. I bought them for the snow this winter. These came from Wal-mart.
I got the Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor on one of my blazers and Cooper Discoverer ATR on the other. I love both but I must say the Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor tires are awesome and they have a great tread. I would recommend them to anyone. They have great reviews and power through anything.
first of all what is cheap for tires? $100-$150 per tire, before stems, mount and balance?
if you want Wrangers, get their Authority tires, great (glowing) reviews and very agressive for a standard A/T, or some General Grabber A/T2's again aggressive, cheap, and highly reputed.
Or use the search function as this has been a lot like
