Hey everybody,[/align][/align]Well I got my truck back. It was the "Fuel Pump".[/align][/align]This is what they did to truck.[/align][/align]First they did a Diagnose with relays. Working Order. Next They Had To Drop Tank And Remove OLD Fuel Pump Assy. Cleaned ALL Fittings & Plugs. Installed NEW Fuel Pump. Reinstalled Tank. NEW Fuel Filter.[/align][/align][/align]NEW Fuel Pump Assy $398.64[/align]NEW Fuel Filter $24.90[/align]NEW Hose Clamp$4.97[/align][/align]Subtotal :$695.81 [/align][/align]Parts: $428.51[/align]Labor: $267.30[/align]Sublet: N/C[/align]Misc: N/C[/align]Discount: N/C[/align]Hazmat: $1.00[/align]Supplies: N/C[/align]Tax: $41.81[/align]Total: $738.62[/align][/align]PLUS
$14.00 NEW Fuel. [/align](This is from when the had to dump some fuelso they could get to Fuel Pump Assy).[/align][/align]NEW TOTAL: $752.62[/align]

wow thats a lotta $$$$$ glad its fixed tho! hopefully my fuel pump doesnt go anytime soon lol but i'll be doing it myself so it'll be a lil cheaper

Good to hear you have ur truck back. But damm 24.00 for a fuel filter... Must be made of gold..lol

yea I had to ditch my 99 blazer cause of simlar problems and more. But im happy to say that im in the works of getting a black 02 4 door.

Yeah I know. I asked a few buddies and they said have the garage do it. The tech @ the garage said it was a "Bitch to work on".I'm happy he did the work on it

That is a rip off imo!! Shops charge alot more than they should just because a tech says oh thats a pain the rear!! That's why I do stuff myself I don't rip myself off!!

I paid around $450 when i got mine replaced and they did all the same stuff,mine was done at some place called Lentz.
