Every time I've tried to use paint it burnt off and stunk up the truck. The little silicone sleeves they sale at parts stores also burn after awhile.
Yeah I think that's what happened with my Big Rig Lights. I painted them with Pink Fingernail polish... and they were pink for a while and now they arent... course I also accidently kicked the switch getting in the truck and broke it somehow... haven't had time to see what I did lol.
