Replaced master cylinder & brakes won't engage

why did you replace the MC? Did they work before? did you bleed the new MC? Did you bleed the brakes once the MC was replaced?

Inside the box with the new MC was instructions on bench bleeding it before putting it in... Then you have to bleed all 4 wheels...
