Agreed, unless you have a lifted black zr2, which I still would rather see with the valence on it. Plus if you intake and stuff is stock, removing the valence affects the air flow and you could see a decrease in gas mileage.

heres a pic courtesy of Sledneck16... it looks ok on a truck like this but i think it would lookbad on a stock truck. i dont ever think i've seen a stock blazer w/o it so i cant be sure

That's the only reason I'd take the valence off, if either my truck was lifted, a lot, or I wanted to replace it with a bull guard. I happen to like the valence a lot.

Mine's missing a chunk of valence...
I can get one from ebay for like $7, but shipping is $150, lol.

Mines cracked, I was just looking to see if i want to remove it. Give it more of the "im not a green ***** truck" look. As I am a bit straped for cash otherwise id have a 2inch body lift and cragar wheels. Now i have a sound coming from the front end. Dad says its the bit that the axles go into. ButI think it is the axle it self. Seeing I have a torn CV boot. I also figured it would look pretty ace because I have the standard front tow hooks. And the plastic around it kinda ruins it IMO
