I wonder how many miles it took to wear through that wheel......?!... is that leather.......?? has anyone had this happen?

this just made me curious........I wonder if they towed it, and tied the wheel down..??...or maybe they "clubbed' it......and the club wore it out.......hard to believe someones hand did it.....
