I bought a 96 blazer for $1200. Engine light was on but it only turned out to be a slipping trans. but it was only because it had no fluid in there. Love this blazer though its my 3rd car and im glad i changed from Toyota to a Chevy. My blazer rules lol.

Default I couldn't believe it when I saw it.

I was actually looking for a used Jeep or something around $15,000.00 CDN. I was touring the used car section of a local GMC / Chevy Dealer and a sales guy came over and asked if I was interested in a brand new Blazer 2 door. Of course I'd love one I says but it's not in the budget. He flipped out the advertisement showing the end of series sale price of $18,950.00 for a brand new 2005 Blazer.
I immediately ran to the Bank and had a conversation with a very nice yound lady about financing and then ran back to the dealership to sign some papers and give my deposit. One month later my Blazer got transferred from a sister dealership from out of town and was a proud new owner. I climbed in to have a look at her before they got a chance to clean and prep her for me. It had 257 Kilometers on it. Poking out from under the driver's seat was the old MSRP they had torn of the window. MSRP was $27,990.00

This Blazer came with a 4.3L Vortec engine, factory Delco stereo with CD player, pushbutton 2wd,4wdH & 4wdL and P235/75/R15 Goodyear wranglers. No power options.
After six years everything still works except for the CD player (as of last weekend).

My grandparents gave me my 96 jimmy 4x4 for free. Since last December I've put a little over $2500 into it. Got it at 73k, up to 77.5k miles.
