This is my new 1999 RHD Blazer.

Rich my red one I ended up putting a 318cc dodge engine in it along with the auto box, but because I couldn't find the correct ECU for it, I changed the manifold and fitted it with a 4 barrel Rochester quadrajet carb to get it to run.
My problem now is that the bonnet (hood) won't shut as the air cleaner is too high. lol

are the headlight washers activated when you turn on the windshield wiper washers? or do they have their own switch?

Your the second person that has suggested that. OI might just have to use some second hand Jaguar motors and see if they work with the shape of the lights.

They only work when the lights are on and you use the windshield wiper washers.

I bet you could come up with some track "swipe" motion. Just above the headlight, put some sort of track up there, and have the wiper sweep across the headlight, back and forth.
